Valcove Hospitality is born out of its partner company, Valcove Rentals. As Valcove Rentals scaled up its portfolio of short-term rentals under management in beautiful British Columbia, Canada, owner Tanner Geary grew concerned about the whispers of harsh provincial wide regulation to come. Having gone through the challenges of growing a short-term rental management company himself and building a distributed team, Tanner knew exactly what other managers were struggling with. As a result, Tanner deepened his partnership with his existing operational connections and launched Valcove Hospitality.

With a background in growth and user acquisition for technology companies across the United States, a degree in Finance & Real Estate with Honours from the UBC Sauder School of Business, and a short-term rental owner and property manager himself, Tanner has all the necessary skills to maximize your revenue.

Tanner and his wife Chelsea live just a short drive outside of Vancouver, BC in the growing gem of a city called Chilliwack. You'll often find them biking, hiking, skiing, at one of the local rivers with their dog or spending time with family.
