The client was a small short-term rental management company managing 25 properties. Operated by a dedicated husband and wife team, they were single-handedly handling all aspects of their business, from guest communication to manually scheduling vendors for maintenance and cleaning, restocking, listing and price optimization, to insurance and reviews management.
